Top’s-down Chandelier

Tops-down chandelier is a vertical light fixture structured entirely with the tops of upcycled clear plastic bottles.  Fastened with durable rivets and secured to a reclaimed bicycle wheel, this light-weight chandelier can be adapted in both height and width to suit its intended location.  This work has the versatility to be suspended from a ceiling, or inverted to stand in a base as a floor fixture.

 

The light source is demountable LED strip lights suspended within the core of the design that can be programmed for a range of colours and effects either by hand or remote contol.
